Team Vitality Going Full Force For MLBB at EWC 2026
Team Vitality just hit a jackpot. Their mobile division, Bigetron by Vitality, will compete at the Esports World Cup 2026 in the Mobile Legends divisions.
The women’s division is confirmed to play at the MWI 2026 as the defending champion of last year’s MWI 2025. Led by Vivian, they are currently the strongest women’s team in the MLBB division.
Meanwhile, the men’s division has just confirmed their participation at the MSC 2026 after beating Geek Fam at the MPL ID Season 17 playoffs. Not only moving on to the grand finals to face ONIC Esports, Moreno and the gang snagged the final ticket to the EWC.
With this result, Bigetron by Vitality will send both of their best MLBB teams to the EWC 2026. As per their organization’s arrangement, Bigetron by Vitality will participate as Team Vitality to be eligible for the EWC Club Championship.

While the women’s division has extensive international experience, both representing Team Vitality and Indonesia, MSC 2026 will be the first time the men’s division will compete in an S-tier international tournament (according to Liquipedia Tier classification).
Their best result in an international event is second place at the Snapdragon Pro Series Season 3 SEA Challenge Finals, an off-season A-tier tournament, losing against the champion ONIC Esports.
This success is due to Bigetron’s policy of favoring team stability and growth over quick fixes to mend last season’s shortcomings. Perhaps they are inspired by the women’s team, who just announced their contract extension until 2030, and also ONIC Esports as well. With minimal roster changes, Bigetron has shown that they can convert the team’s potential into a tangible result.
The road to the grand finals is not straight. Perilous, even, if we may say. Yet, the team kept sailing the treacherous seas, fighting dangerous waves of strong teams for the glory of competing in Paris.
Fighting for their team, Bigetron players are also carrying sentimental luggage. That is why this victory is even more emotional.
“It’s been a real rollercoaster ride—it hasn’t been easy getting through this. We’re proud; I’m proud of this team,” said Shogun after winning the match.
“This is also a gift for my mom; yesterday she asked me to go to Paris. But it’s not over yet—we’ll keep fighting for tomorrow,” he continued.
“First of all, thank you to God. Second, I’m proud of my teammates,” Nnael added. “Actually, this is really emotional because this victory is for my late brother.

For players like Nnael and Emann, this won’t be their first international rodeo. For others like Shogun, Moreno, and Finn, this achievement is a big deal for them.
We can see how emotional Moreno is, trying to hold back his tears of joy. We can see the determination seeping through his gameplay. Time after time, he outclassed the opposition who’s also looking for a place in Paris.
This shows that both talent and tactics are not complete if not perfected by sheer willpower and conviction. The thin line that separates victory and defeat is the desire; it’s the people who want it more and are willing to do the extra thing to make it happen.
While international glory is already within reach, one last hurdle to clear is ONICC Esports. Both will advance to the MSC 2026, but the question of who will be crowned as the Kingfinix still remains.
Throughout the history of their meetings, ONIC has won more matches against Bigetron, with a record of 12-29. But speaking in the season 17 context, Bigetron still won more matches than ONIC.
Will Bigetron’s kryptonite still be effective against ONIC? We will find the answer this evening when the MPL ID Season 17 grand finals take place.

As for the women’s division, we expect a strong showing as always. The regular season of Battle of Gamehers Season 2 shows that they have become unbeatable. While their endeavor at the MDL is still far from perfect, at the very least the sense of fierce competition will keep them on their toes.
Back in 2025, Danny Engels, corporate director of Team Vitality, expressed his confidence that the women’s MLBB division can revitalize the women’s esports scene.
“We’ve been investing in the women’s esports scene for a long time. I’m really impressed by the amazing women’s teams in Mobile Legends; this might be the most advanced women’s esports division out there right now,” said Danny in an interview with GGWP.
Commenting on their victory at the MWI 2025, Vival said that they can arrive at this achievement through sheer will and perseverance.
“We all faced various challenges when we first started playing MLBB, and we were able to persevere because we never gave up and kept looking for opportunities and connections to keep improving. The most important thing is not to give up; keep developing your skills, and the results will soon follow,” she said.
We wish all the best for both Team Vitality’s MLBB division and the Esports World Cup 2026. Relish the feeling of competing at the global stage, because you all deserve it.
