Free Fire Daybreak Characters Appearing in the Trailer So Far

Garena has just released a new trailer for Free Fire Daybreak, showcasing a glimpse of its story, as well as characters appearing in the anime series.

The story is set in the city of New Dawn, ruled by the conglomerate Horizon Corporation. A 16-year-old girl named Kelly happened to stumble into Project Bloom, managed by Horizon.

The secret experiment gave Kelly the power of Limit Break, which unlocks many powers and potential abilities sealed within her body, as well as forgotten memories from her past.

Meeting new allies, Kely must make sense of the purpose of Project Bloom and the conspiracy behind Horizon Corporation.

Aside from Kelly, other characters have appeared in various capacities, both in a leading role and a supporting role, as well as cameos.

Some of these characters might have different lore from the game; as of now we don’t have any details about the character profiles of the anime. We will still share the lore information for added context.

Kelly: The main character, a high schooler and the track star of her school. She’s a good runner. Her parents, Rena and Andrew, are both divorced.
Hayato: The eldest heir of Yagami Corporation. He was raised to uphold the honor of his family, even when it was acquired by Horizon.
Moco: A tech expert working for Horizon. When she sensed that the company was up to something no good, she deleted her trace, working from the shadows to stop the plan.
Kapella: The adopted daughter of Joseph, founder of Nerve Labs. She’s a pop star and secretly a member of the Mambas rebel group.
Caroline: A high schooler from a wealthy family. She’s bright enough to participate in Horizon’s activities. Caroline is a friend of Hayato, and they help each other occasionally.
Maxim: A friend of Kelly from school. He likes to eat and became a vtuber to earn some money. Her sister, Misha, left school to become a racing driver and support their family.
Alvaro: A harsh-tempered young man who no longer remembers his past. He seems to have a connection with Kapella.
Steffie: A rebellious graffiti artist constantly on the run from authorities. She was saved by Moco from the hands of Horizon and then joined the Mambas.
Santino: Appeared on a videotron screen as a cameo. He is a fashion designer and celebrity, having been raised in poverty and worked hard since art school.
Alok: Appeared in an ad alongside Kapella. He is a famous DJ. Alok is based on Brazilian DJ Alok Petrillo, who has made some songs for Free Fire like “Vale Vale” and “Reunion.”
