ASUS ROG Laptops Appeared in Spider-Man: Brand New Day

Two models of ASUS ROG laptops have made their way to the Spider-Man: Brand New Day movie, just released in Indonesia.

Those two laptops, the ROG Strix G16 and ROG Zephyrus G16, appeared briefly but played a part in the movie’s plot.

The first laptop, a black ASUS ROG Strix G16, appeared inside Frank Castle/The Punisher’s base of operation, the Golden Girl barge ship. During an extended scene, Peter Parker/Spider-Man used the laptop, presumably Frank’s, to adjust his inhibitor and track the movie’s antagonist played by Sadie Sink.

The second laptop, a white ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16, is used by Yelena Belova, a Black Widow and a member of the New Avengers, to video call Spider-Man about the development of his investigation.

Other ROG peripherals also appeared, such as ROG gaming monitors in Ned Leeds’ room.

Both of these gaming laptops are powerhouses in their own right. The ROG Zephyrus G16 is powered by CPU+GPU combos up to the Intel Core Ultra 9 386H and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090. Meanwhile, the ROG Strix G16 has up to an AMD Ryzen 9 8940HX and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080.

Further empowering the ROG Strix G16 are the triple-fan ROG Intelligent Cooling system and FHD+ 165Hz screen with NVIDIA G-Sync for butter-smooth visuals. The ROG Zephyrus G16 also has a 2.5K 240Hz ROG Nebula screen, with an OLED panel that supports HDR and is Pantone-certified.

The ASUS ROG Zephyrus G16 and ROG Strix G16 are available to purchase in Indonesia.
