FFWS Global Finals 2026 Kicks Off Tomorrow

The Free Fire World Series (FFWS) Global Finals 2026 kicks off tomorrow, and it will be the biggest edition in the tournament’s history.

Organized by Garena, the season-ending offline event runs from November 6 to 28 across four weekends in Bangkok, Thailand, with 24 teams—up from 18—competing for a $1,200,000 prize pool under the banner “Reach Your Prime.” The expansion was unveiled in Garena’s 2026 roadmap in January. The climax on November 28 will be staged at BITEC LIVE, while the earlier rounds take place at Garena Studio.

The 24 squads are drawn into four groups of six for Phase 1 of the Knockout Stage (November 6–15), where every team plays 36 matches across six Friday-to-Sunday matchdays—72 matches in total. The top 18 advance to Phase 2 (November 19–22), seeded into four pools by ranking. Across four days of six matches each, the top two finishers per day secure a Grand Finals berth, while lower-ranked teams enter fresh on later days.

Teams placed 19th and 20th in Phase 1, together with the ten bottom finishers from the final Phase 2 day, get a reprieve in the Last Chance stage on November 27: 12 teams, 10 matches, and four tickets to the final. Everyone else is eliminated.

Twelve teams—eight qualifiers from Phase 2 and four from Last Chance—will contest the Champion Rush format over 12 matches on November 28 at BITEC LIVE. The champion earns **$350,000**, followed by $160,000, $75,000, and $65,000; a Finals MVP award adds $5,000.

The draw pits Group A (Stellar Esport, Buriram United Esports, GunDynasty, Total Winner Esports, ONIC Olympus, TSG Pros), Group B (RRQ Kazu, Horaa Esports, Blue Cheese, GOW, xProjekt, LOUD), Group C (Pirate Esports, Fluxo W7M, Bigetron by Vitality, LYON, Resurrection Esports, P Esports), and Group D (Team Infinity, Team Flash, ParadoX Gaming, LOS, All Gamers Global, Team Apex Gaming) against one another. The 120 players represent 19 countries, led by Brazil (17), India (15), Vietnam (15), Indonesia (14), and host nation Thailand (11).

Garena revealed its broadcast lineup on November 3. English coverage is led by hosts BAM, Disney, and Yoonsul with commentators HusKKiee, Lucif3r, Neptune, and TheMustachio AJ, alongside Thai, Southeast Asian, Americas, and South Asia & Arabic feeds on TikTok and YouTube. Matches start at 17:00 WIB (UTC+7), the same as Bangkok time.
