Restored Land Expansion Will Update Your Dying LIght: The Beast Experience
Techland announced on March 26 that an expansion update for Dying Light: The Beast, Restored Land, has been released.
This update will add up to the base game, enriching it with new game modes that will test your solo survival skills.
How will Restored Land improve Dying Light: The Beast gameplay? Check out the preview below.
Dying Light: The Beast Restored Land game modes

The first update will be the Restored Land, a brand-new solo mode where everything you do in the game is marked as permanent.
This means that zombies you kill in an area will not respawn, and that area is safe for you to repopulate, provided that you also made sure to keep it safe during the night.
Any loot that you take with you will not replenish, and activities such as Convoys, Dark Zones, and Hives can only be completed once.
Increase the difficulty level by completing Restored Land in One Life Mode. It is exactly what it says: when you die, you will have to restart your progress from the beginning.
Complete Restored Land in One Life Mode to receive exclusive prizes that you can show off during co-op sessions, as well as many other surprises.
Other features and quality-of-life updates

Other updates coming to Dying Light: The Beast Restored Land are Roadkill Rallies. In this activity, you will have to kill a certain amount of Infected along a predetermined route. You have to finish the course with enough kill count within a time limit to complete a race.
Each course will offer various challenges, and you can play against other players. Earning a gold medal in every course will grant you a new vehicle, the Roadkiller.
Other updates include a leaderboard for various game modes, XP balancing, added finishers, UI refresh, and many more.
Dying Light: The Beast Restored Land is available for free for all Dying Light: The Beast players. It will update over the base game, so new players will automatically obtain this update for free as well.
