Major international tournaments still here to stay

Two Honor of Kings major international tournaments, Honor of Kings World Cup (KWC) and Honor of Kings International Championship (KIC), will still highlight the mark of the mid and end of 2026’s competitive season.
2026 KWC will still be held at the 2026 Esports World Cup multievent in Riyadh during July and August. USD 3 million of prize pool will be up for grabs.
Meanwhile, 2026 KIC is still planned and will move to a brand-new host country, since they have already held this tournament in Indonesia and the Philippines.
Nation’s pride at Esports Nations Cup and Asian Games

2026 will become a busy year for Honor of Kings esports. The players are also graced with the chance to represent their country in various nation-based tournaments.
A new addition to the 2026 Honor of Kings esports roadmap, Level Infinite has confirmed Honor of Kings’ participation in the first Esports Nations Cup (ENC) in 2026. The spinoff to the Esports World Cup has players representing their home country instead of their team. 24 nations will fight for their honor and pride. Once again, it will be held in Riyadh in November, right before 2026 KIC.
Even more prestigious, Honor of Kings is also confirmed to be played at the 2026 Asian Games in Aichi and Nagoya, Japan, starting in September. Like other esports titles in this multievent sporting tournament, the top 3 winners for Honor of Kings will contribute to their nation’s medal tally.
Honor of Kings Women’s Series runs parallel with every major international tournament

Women’s representation in Honor of Kings esports is further established now that the Honor of Kings Women’s Series (KWS; formerly Honor of Queens) will now run concurrently with every major HOK major international tournament.
That means, at least, there will be two more KWS tournaments that will be held during the 2026 KWC and 2026 KIC. It is yet to be elaborated if KWS will also be held during the 2026 ENC and 2026 Asian Games.
Encompassing 20 regional qualifiers around the world, KWS is a platform for women esports players to be heard and be seen.
Grassroots is still part of the plan

Closing the 2026 Honor of Kings esports roadmap, more Honor of Kings tournaments at the grassroots level will be established. This includes the HOK Open Series as a qualifying system for regional tournaments and the development tournament HOK Campus Attack at the level of college/university.
This shows how accessible the Honor of Kings’ esports ecosystem is, where players from every background have a chance to qualify from the lowest level to the national league and even international tournaments.
