PUBG Mobile and OneRepublic to Collaborate for 2026 Theme Song
PUBG Mobile and OneRepublic are set to collaborate for a brand-new theme song for the 2026 season.
The American band has been on a roll lately, appearing in various media such as movies, video games, and even anime series.
Their new song, “Lean,” will debut exclusively on PUBG Mobile on March 12. Players can log into the game and claim the song for themselves.
Pop Culture: New strategy for OneRepublic

The mid-2020s might be a strong year for OneRepublic as they venture on a new strategy to stay relevant in the industry.
Spearheaded by frontman Ryan Tedder, the band’s resurgence began when they contributed to the Top Gun: Maverick soundtrack with their single “I Ain’t Worried.”
The band didn’t stop there, as they also made original songs for the anime series Kaiju No. 8. They released “Nobody” for the season 1 ending, “Invincible” for the Hoshina’s Day Off special, and “Beautiful Colors” for the season 2 ending.
OneRepublic’s latest venture into video games (aside from music and rhythm games) came when Ananta used “Sunshine” from their sixth studio album, Artificial Paradise, as one of the trailer songs.
Not only that, but OneRepublic also made another original song, “Give Me Something,” ahead of the launch of Arknights: Endfield.
LEAN: PUBG Mobile and OneRepublic’s collaboration song
As mentioned above, the PUBG Mobile and OneRepublic collaboration came out with a theme song for the 2026 season. The song is called “Lean.”
The song is available to obtain from March 12, coinciding with the 4.3 version update release. Players need to log in to the game to claim “Lean” on their account.
PUBG Mobile posted the teaser above, highlighting a snippet of the song. It seems to be a laid-back song. We think that the vibe might focus on celebrating the joy of playing PUBG Mobile, especially as they’re approaching their 8th anniversary soon.
No words yet from OneRepublic or Ryan about this song, but we can guess that they’re enjoying making it, just like they do on the other games and anime series.
What do you think about OneRepublic’s “Lean” for PUBG Mobile?
