Will all 5 Indonesian Teams Make It to the FFWS SEA 2026 Fall Finals?

As the fourth week of the FFWS SEA 2026 Fall came close, one question still remained: Will all five Indonesian teams present for the grand finals?

By the end of the third week, we saw Bigetron by Vitality and ONIC Olympus qualified first and will skip the fourth week. This leaves the other three Indonesian teams, RRQ Kazu, MBR Omega, and EVOS Divine, fighting the hard part.

In the fourth week, teams will fight across three days, demanding absolute control and consistency from all teams left behind. Slipping in just one day will potentially jeopardize their chance to make it to the finals.

Indonesian Free Fire coach and content creator Bang Fayad mentioned how RRQ, MBR, and EVOS have some issues in his comment at the Free Fire Esports ID social media page. While he said that MBR was just a little bit unlucky after missing their qualification by a thin line, a more stringent critique was given to both RRQ and EVOS.

“A 60 percent change in strategy could see EVOS reach the final (if they manage to come up with a strategy). They should cut down on playing matches at different paces (random live streams until late at night) and focus on finding their own rhythm,” he wrote for EVOS.

“RRQ… Oh dear, the most consistent team has lost its way. I’m sure RRQ will make it to the final, but whether they can win the title… sorry, lads, you’ve got very little time to sort things out,” Bang Fayad continued, shifting his focus to RRQ.

So it’s evident that the remaining teams will have some things to work out if they want to join both Bigetron and ONIC in the finals. But what does the Indonesian finalists have to say about the prospect of having all five Indonesian teams in the finals?

During a press interview session, AFM, ONIC Olympus’ coach, said while there hasn’t been any case of all Indonesian teams qualified for the finals, it will actually give teams who already qualified a headache.

“It’s true, it’s never happened before. But every team that has already qualified for the final surely wouldn’t want all of them to qualify, as it would be a headache. Some have to worry about relegation, others about qualifying for the global stage, and others about winning the title. It dilutes their focus,” said AFM.

Despite that, he’s looking forward to seeing more Indonesian teams in the finals, but only just four of them. AFM is sure that Bigetron would say the same thing, a sentiment that is shared by their coach Chrisjo.

“It’s a principle I’ve been applying since the early seasons. It’s better to stick to just four. If the final involves a battle for the title, qualification, and relegation, there are simply too many variables,” he added.
